At The Minifig Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom figures and accessories. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been assembled or customized further.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return to receive an RMA number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items carefully in a padded mailer or box to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip.

  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
